Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Archive

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original museum-grade packaging.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
